Before Proceeding, There Are A Few Important Delivery Information You Should Know

Pallet weights will not exceed 1000KG, therefore, two or more pallets might be used.

Smaller individual boxes / single boxes of flooring will be delivered via a carrier.

Pallet Deliveries are made by one delivery driver. You can request a tail lift delivery.

Drivers will use a pump truck in order to move pallets as close as possible to your property.

Delivery of pallets are a kerbside service. Someone is required to take delivery.

We can only delivery to ground floor locations. Upper levels need to be arranged directly.

Due to the weight of pallets, we are unable to delivery across gravel or rough surfaces.

Access via steep hills or tight entrances/lanes should be confirmed with us prior.
