Christmas 2025 Opening Times
In order to receive your delivery in time for Christmas, please see the information below, on when our last our date is.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 11am Tuesday 16th December 2025 via our website on a Standard Delivery Service in order to have your order delivered before Friday 19th December. Or, there will be a Saturday option on the 20th. This applies to all pallet deliveries. Threshold or bespoke orders will need to be placed earlier. The last order date for bespoke machined orders such as Window Sills & Skirting boards is Thursday 11th December 2025 for delivery prior to Christmas. Any orders made after this time are subject to delivery after the new year.
(This applies for All orders outside of the SA, Pembrokeshire Postcode Area, please call for a local delivery slot).
Our Royal Mail free sample delivery service – orders made before Wednesday 17th December will be delivered Friday 19th December. Samples will be processed after this date, but might be effected through the holiday period. Normal service will resume Monday 5th January 2025.
We will be delivering over the Christmas period, including between Christmas & New Years, but please telephone before hand, in order to arrange this. Our office number is 01646 687064.
Orders placed online after Thursday 18th December 2025 will be delivered on or after Wednesday 7th of January 2025 via our pallet service and applies to any orders outside the postcode area of Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Any bespoke orders will be processed on our return to normal working hours and will be subject to 5-10 working days for machining plus delivery times.
For Collection Orders: Collections can be arranged through the Christmas period but please contact us via email info@oakfloorsonline.com or telephone to book a suitable date and time with a member of staff.
